The Doll's House

This lovely property stands in a peaceful, rural setting just off the old Stafilos Road, half-way between Skopelos Town and Stafilos beach (1.5km away). The Alkistis Hotel, which boasts the best pool on the island, is a stone's throw away. This is a new property, built in the traditional Greek, open plan style, on two levels. The tiled ground floor comprises of a living/dining area with double bed, traditional fireplace, shower room and fully fitted kitchen (electric oven and rings, fridge, kettle, toaster). A wooden staircase leads up to a spacious mezzanine comprising of a wooden sleeping platform with twin beds and sitting area. The patio is built around an old olive tree that provides welcome, natural shade from the sun. 

The whole property is situated in an olive grove and a recently planted fruit orchard, with spectacular views of the island's highest point, Mount Delphi. It is ideally situated for walkers and those who enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.

 Daily prices quoted below are for the whole property and include transfer from/to port. Cleaning and change of bed linen is once a week; change of towels twice a week. A welcome pack can be provided if required.

If you are looking to buy on the island, it wouldn't be a bad idea to first experience a winter here. Staying in the Doll's House would give one the benefit of having close at hand an experienced 'winter resident' and what's more, one that has built their own house from scratch.
