This charming traditional home is situated down a quiet cul-de-sac just off the main Skopelos-Glossa road and 50m from the nearest bus stop.

It comprises of a gated front garden with steps leading to a small terrace and the main entrance which opens into a large kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas cooker and traditional stone sink. From the dining area is access up a few steps into the lounge which includes a large, open fireplace, comfy sofas, TV and a music centre.

From the kitchen is a spiral staircase and French doors to back balcony and steps, both of which give access to the ground level. Ground level comprises of double bedroom with plenty of hanging space, WC and shower. French doors from the bedroom lead onto the patio and garden which has spectacular views of not only the open sea but Loutaki harbour and the nearby village of Palio Clima.

Separate, self-contained studio access is from the front garden and consists of twin beds, fridge, bath WC and dressing area. Water heating is electric via 1 x 60 litre, 1 x 40 litre and 1 x 10 litre tank. Heating is via traditional Skopeliti fireplace plus two oil heaters.
