Villa Ilios

Immaculate three story town house, much loved by its owners. Situated in a quiet back street close to Papamelitio church (for those of you who are familiar with the town) plus one of the few remaining village general stores.

Main entrance into a hall, from which we have the living/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen leads to a pretty outside yard with steps down to the lower level studio with its own wc, separate shower and kitchen (with washing machine, fridge and twin electric hob). The studio has three single beds and ample wardrobe space. Internal staircase leads back up to the hall.

From the hall, stairs lead up to a landing off of which is a twin bedded room at the back of the house, with sea view and balcony and a second front twin bedded room. Shower and wc.
